Global Gift Foundation USA in collaboration with Latinas In Tech unite for the San Francisco edition of the Silicon Valley Summit and Women’s Empowerment Luncheon / Speakers Panel. As part of this collaboration there will be two events with one mission, taking place on September 28, 2017:
- Tier 1: 8am - 1pm, Latinas in Tech Silicon Valley Summit taking place at COVO
- Tier 2: 1pm - 5pm, Women’s Empowerment Luncheon & Speakers Panel ft. Eva Longoria taking place at the University Club of San Francisco
ABOUT: LiT Silicon Valley Summit (Tier 1)
The inaugural Latinas in Tech Silicon Valley Summit will take place on Thursday, September 28 at Covo in San Francisco during Hispanic Heritage Month, with the goal of engaging and leading the discussion about diversity and inclusion in tech.
The LiT Summit will highlight women working in the tech sector for a day of empowerment, engagement, and education. The Summit will offer inspiring keynotes, engaging panel discussions and numerous networking opportunities to connect with other women. During the Summit, we will hear from more than 20 speakers that are leaders throughout the entire tech ecosystem, including corporate business leaders, venture capitalists and angel investors, entrepreneurs, engineers, AR/VR creators, human resource leaders and diversity leaders. All panels will be moderated by renowned Silicon Valley journalists.
Latinas in Tech is a non-profit organization with more than 1,000 women, representing more than 12 countries, working at more than 30 of the top technology companies.

ABOUT: Women’s Empowerment Luncheon featuring Honorary Chair Eva Longoria (Tier 2)
The Women’s Empowerment Luncheon & Speaker’s Panel was developed by The Global Gift Foundation USA. On September 28, join event Honorary Chair Eva Longoria Bastón with several leading and inspirational business women for an inspiring and interactive afternoon. The event will provide guests with an intimate socializing event that will inspire not only women, but also men. Providing men with the knowledge and understanding on why empowering women, is vital. Approximately 150 philanthropic celebrities, entertainers, business, community leaders, and influencers will unite forces in an effort to raise funds and awareness.
