Global Gift Foundation USA presents...

The 'WONDERLAND OF HOPE'

The Holiday Season is the happiest time of the year. Yet, sadly the holidays leave many local South LA families without hope of a joyful celebration. Our vision for the Wonderland of Hope is to help bring the Magic of the Holidays to those in need. The kids that attend this school are from South LA, a very under-resourced area where families with kids are at a huge economic disadvantage.

The event is open and free to the kids and their families that attend the school.

Two initiatives:

  1. FIRST is TOY DRIVE… Between now and Dec 15 - We are currently looking for people to make generous donations to our Toy Drive. New and unwrapped toys, sports equipment, books, gift cards, clothing gifts of any kind ages 5 – 12. We are also looking for locations to be hosts for the Toy Drives. Have your office / staff participate and bring in new and unwrapped toys, books and or gift cards. We will collect everything prior to the event. Then during the Wonderland of Hope event at the school, we want to give each child that attends a gift.

    Gift cards from US retail stores can be sent via email to info@globalgiftfoundationusa.org: Toys R Us, Wal-mart, Target or even cash donations would be extremely helpful!

  2. SECOND Wonderland of Hope – Holiday Party…

    DATE: December 16th

    TIME: 3pm – 6pm

    LOCATION: Dr. Theodore T. Alexander Jr. Science Center School (part of the California Science Center)

    During the event, we want to provide fun activities, live entertainment, snacks & refreshments. We are looking for companies, individuals to donate items, their activities, services, equipment, furniture, holiday décor, snacks, treats, candy, refreshments for the kids to enjoy. Celebrities & Entertainers to come interact with the kids.

This would be an amazing treat for these kids!!

IN MALIBU? Visit VINTAGE GROCERS between now and December 15th - drop off a new, unused toy or book!
